Normally I do not get on to be a "wise acher" but that fact is
this.... in the current (2007) WS rules under 2.CONSTRUCTION, d),
last sentence states,"The maximum allowable chord of the stabilizer
is 4.5 cm."
So Richard, not that I mean to make you blush (Lord knows I caused
many upon myself), you may have reviewed the rules but overlooked
this crucial statement. This is not a unique phenomenon and a
perfect case in point!!
