Brett,

Here is the scoop. The $360 fee will be inclusive. It will cover the world record as before, and automatically will included the NAA national record as will.

The only complication I can see if if a person does a WR time but only pays $125 to get the national record and not the $360 for a WR and national record. Then it can be possible for the NAA national record to be higher than the World Record.
