You miss my point Chris. Almost nobody starts from the bottom up.
Step one is to Identify the candidate sites. I guarantee there's more
than you think.
Then, the right person tactically calls on the decision makers, one by
one. Cold phone calls, sales letters, handwritten notes, face to face
meetings. Sales prospecting 101.
It's a numbers game. You will get around 95% NOs and 5% YESs. No instant
gratification.
