Some first thoughts:
- It will be interesting trying to get to the ceiling at Slanic with 0.4g of rubber. I was already planning my strategy to increase time at Slanic. Time to throw out those ideas.
- The new rules will shuttle our competitiveness somewhat. There's no better time than now for someone who has not been active in F1D to jump in.
- I would like to fly Kent under the old rules. I don't want to rush to make changes for a contest coming up in two weeks.
- I would also recommend that we fly under the new rules at Kibbie in Nats.
- I would shorten my motorstick from 10.25" to 7" and hook to hook from 9.25" to 6.25".
- I am wondering if we should fly a slightly thinner motors and slighly smaller prop -- or just the opposite. Any thought.
