Hi Ben and All,

Breaking indoor news of today from Lausanne:
*Championships:*
The ECh 2015 and the WCh 2016 was awarded to Romania.
Romania also put in a bid for the ECh 2017, this is to be decided at the
2015 Plenary.
*Rules:*
The rule proposal (0.4 g rubber and 1.4 g model weight) was adopted with
high majority (22/8).
Effective from: January 1, 2015.
The discussion on Brett's reflight after the end of the last round in the
mine led to a Bureau proposal clarifying the collision rule (adopted
unanimously), see the following unofficial text:

*3.4.6 Collision Rule*
In the event of a collision between two models in flight, each competitor
must choose, in the time span between the collision and two minutes
following the termination of his flight, either to retain the time of
flight as an official time, or to have a reflight. *The competitor has the
right to refly even if the round time expires in the meantime or the
collision happens after the end of the round. *The reflight must be flown
before his next official flight. *In case of the last round of the event,
when there are no more official flights, the reflight should **be launched
within one hour of the end of the round.*

Best regards
Andras
