 If you are tapping the yoke with a 00-90 tap, here's a trick machinists have used to get a little bigger threaded hole. After running the tap in once, wrap a couple of layers of tissue paper around the tap, letting it extend past the end and retap the hole. It will jam in the threads and make the tap cut oversize. This works with metal; I should think it could work with other materials as well.
