Leo you said that no practice flying is allowed once the WC's begin. This would be a deal killer for me and probably a lot of other people who fly by the seat of their pants. What happens in case of repairs or destroyed models? Is it not allowed to make low power trim tests? To me if you blow a MS that means starting completely over on the trim process.

Maybe you need to have 6 models completely trimmed and ready to compete? Or all your spare parts need to be uniform to the point that you can make a parts substitution without affecting the way your model flies?

Any clarifications from team members past or present would be appreciated!

The sum of the best two times out of six possible flights determines the results. A flight ended before one minute is counted as an attempt. Only two attempts are allowed per flight period per competitor. Flights with mid-air collisions or that are fouled by another competitor (such as by a steering line or balloon) may be reflown and not counted as an attempt. There is no testing allowed in the hall during the competition period.
