As you know, it is not written in the rules and it is vague. I hope it will
be written in the rule book.
The answer is Yes and No.
Here in Japan, for world record trials, I (we) have to weigh the LUBED
rubber BEFORE the flight WITH O-ring(s). It must be strictest way.
I have heard that the rubber was weighed after the flight with or without
O-ring(s) at World Champs. O-ring(s) might be cut (removed) when the rubber
was overweight.
It must be loosest way.
