Too weak--everyone I know who tried 1/4" foam regretted it, at least if
you're talking 100 gram balloons. 3/8" is the minimum, unless you are
going to imbed the 1/4" with another line as described by Derek
Richards in a recent INAV.
Derek: Do you still do this? You published it as an experiment, with
results to be reported.
