Music wire cutters

What are people using to cut music wire?

My old cutters are getting pretty dull, and leave flattened pancake ends instead of a clean cut. I've tried several replacements over the years, but most of them aren't hard enough and end up with well-shaped holes in the cutting edge.

Searching the web, I see a Xuron hard wire shear, but I don't think it will get close enough to cut things like the actuator arms on a VP hub:

There are hard wire cutters on Amazon in the $20 range, but they look like knock-offs of $200 dental tools, and have mixed reviews:

The most promising looking thing so far are these Excelta tungsten carbide cutters. They are a bit rich at $70, but if they work well. I'd hate to lay out that kind of cash and have them chip or dent, though:

 Anyone use any of these?
