Another Possible F1D Rules Change
Andras' proposal reminded me of another proposal that I would like to
discuss. I would like to hear the community's thoughts on amending the
rules to allow for a range of rubber, and model weights. Thus, we would be
able to fly 0.6 g motors for record trials or high ceiling sites when
desired, but we would also be able to fly championships and contests with
partial motors when it is desirable to have a shorter contests. Please note
that weight of the rubber and partial motor ballast would be required
to announced well in advance.

Nick Ray
