The proposal posted here has the new marking listed in the annex and also 3.4.2 and also says potentially adding it to F1L, F1R, and F1M. I am just pointing this out as not all people who fly these events in the USA carry a FAI stamp. Perhaps the proposal should be clearly worded that for models flown at the World Championship competitions, the models must have the makings or add it only to Annex 3 and not require it in 3.4.2

 I just do not want the wording to end up requiring people to buy a FAI license just to fly at a local contest because the rules state the model must have a FAI license number written on the motor stick.
