Phil Hartman of Blue Ridge Models once said, "Any given prop does the
best it can". I thought that this was more profound than it sounded, so
wrote it down, dated it, and walked over to give it to the INAV editor,
Plenny Bates for the newsletter.

I did not ask for an explanation, but guessed maybe he meant that some
part of the prop would be pitched correctly for some portion of the
flight even if other parts were not at that moment.
