Kang, I'd rather fly A-6 and A-ROG as they're intended. A-6 and LPP are mutually some of the best beginner events one could ask for. I suspect the vast majority of indoor fliers have built at least one of those early on, my wife and I included.
 

 A-ROG has this weird cloud over it like it's some sort of voodoo event. I've been flying them for years and find them fine models that are really quite easy to fly. Additionally there are two A-ROG designs in the "Winning Indoor Designs" booklet which are in the weight range Wally suggests. Their flight performance at Kibbie speaks for itself. Perhaps doubly so for models in an unlimited weight class swinging all balsa props.
