I'd be likely to attend a Nats at that expo center. It looks like a genuinely nice flying site. I personally don't mind the high temperatures--my best flight times have all been in hot conditions. I suspect that a building of that type would have some air-conditioned space nearby for folks to cool off if the heat got to be too much. I did that a few times at Johnson City...it got *very* hot in there sometimes.
