I have read those rules I was questioning your previous post because
it said:
"Because the rules require a non-transparent area on the covering and an
opaque patch on the wing (for 10% bonus).."
I interpreted your sentence to mean that to get the 10% bonus you needed
both a non-transparent area on the covering and an opaque patch on the wing.
