Leo,
If I listed a pre-built wood SO prop on my website then it is
commercially available so would have to be legal if Ikara props are
legal. So the question becomes are pre-glued props allowed or not
allowed? It appears they are allowed so if a person sells a preglued
balsa prop for SO use then that has to be legal. The material of
construction of the prop makes no difference.
