Kang,

I didn't take it in a negative way at all. I think there are two ways to
look at flying. One is that gathering materials is part of the competition,
the other is that materials obfuscate what we are trying to determine in
our competitions.

I have always accepted that gathering materials was part of the game.
Thanks to the help of many, I can compete no matter which way this debate
goes.

I am still interested to hear if we as a community think that sourcing
materials is part of the competition or if we would like to alter the rules
so that models are made using current commercially available materials and
rubber. I think doing so would change our competitions, but not necessarily
in a bad way. What say ye indoor flyers of the world?

Regards,

Nick
