Fly the new rules as soon as possible to learn about the changes. I would not build new models but modify the motor stick as suggested. Under other circumstances, I would fly to the new rules at Kent in two weeks. Unfortunately, my schedule does not give me any time for modifications in the next 2 weeks.
I have learned everything about EZB and F1D by flying them. Only after flying them did I understand them. I only build more models after I understand how I could improve them.
If you have time before Kent to make the minor modifications required, do so and start flying the new rules immediately. Don't wait on the sidelines.
