Hi Tom.
How is the prop formed then? I just used a 24"P block with 1/8" sheet rounded to provide camber.
While it may lower the CG slightly, it already flies like it is on rails without any dutch roll. I'm not sure it is worth changing unless I break/lose it.
Seriously great design, Tom. One of my club member suggested it for my kids after they wanted to build a penny plane, so taught them using it. It flew so well, I built one.
