Hi Mike,
The prop outline is exact, I just form my prop differently than others. BTW,
I've had improved performance with down turned stab tips. It's lowers the C/G, the plane handles high torque better without any Dutch roll, and my plane flies in the groove like it was on rails. I've never broken them either.
