I use different items for different uses.
Epoxy Prepreg for screw holders for F1D hubs. Can also be used for other items. Available here:

Specifically Toray T800 fiber.
Otherwise Pro-Set laminating resin for carbon tow layups. Different fibers for different parts obviously. Toray M60J for prop outlines, unknown fiber carbon tow for others.
I have not weighed parts before and after to know the resin content for sure. When I started to do so with the Toray M60J, I got a bit leery of bending it too much - fibers will break if bent too much- so I stopped.
I'm thinking I might make up some carbon tip plates for my Iocobellis (sp?) LPP wing. If I do, I will weigh and post.
