Hi all,

Our HVAC situation at Champaign will be different than the last meet.

Since it will be summertime, there will be no heaters blowing. The A/C for other areas of the building shouldn't be exhausting into the armory area (that wouldn't make sense since you want to keep the armory cool, too). Turning off all A/C for the armory area should do it, and I've been assured that will be the case.

However, I am making sure we have some contacts in case something goes wrong.

I have even been told that "Code" won't allow them to turn it off, or if they turn it off the CO2 levels will rise to dangerous levels. None of which is true. With our small group there is no way we could raise the CO2 levels to exceed safe levels. For a knowledgeable person turning off the fans will be easy. Finding that person might be hard.
