Yes, that is indeed the problem! Most of them simply say "it can't be turned off". I have even been told that "Code" won't allow them to turn it off, or if they turn it off the CO2 levels will rise to dangerous levels. None of which is true. With our small group there is no way we could raise the CO2 levels to exceed safe levels. For a knowledgeable person turning off the fans will be easy. Finding that person might be hard.

I think finding a knowledgeable and cooperative person to help might be a problem but I'll hope that this isn't the case.
