Exactly yes, it's easy for the experienced to say that because that's how most of us began! My first three models were overweight (including an LPP) and I regarded that as part of the learning curve. If someone can't tolerate a learning curve, even a wah,wah frustrating learning curve, and instead have to be "competitive" with everyone else right out of the starting block, then maybe indoor is not for them. In the beginning, it's fun to find one's own measures of "competitiveness." If one lacks the imagination for how to do that, maybe indoor duration is not for them.

More likely, those who want to dumb down existing events are the ones wanting warm bodies at any cost.
