Hi Rick,
I didn't follow all that exactly, but the NFFS website already has an Indoor FF contest calendar.  There are several others, too, but the NFFS one 
has been up-to-date most recently.
It is primarily up to the various contest management to get their contest listed on the calendar.  We can all act as backup, though.  If you look on the calendar and don't see a contest that you already know about, talk to someone about it.
Also, one of the nuances of Tustin currently is that the access arrangement doesn't always allow significant advanced notice.  So that probably isn't the best example for the calendar.  Blasting a notice out on the various forums is likely more useful in this case.
