I just received a card from Cezars daughter Deena who said that his alzheimers went from moderate to severe recently and he is now living in an assisted living facility. Very sad.
During the past 40 years that I've known him he has always been a brilliant world class competitor. He won more world champs silver medals than anyone and he designed the basic VP mechanism that everyone uses as well as some popular plane designs.
