Yeah, it's definitely more costly than found parts, but the stuff is phenomenal.
Here's my inspiration…Google "Frazer-Nash Chain Gang" and "Lenos Garage Frazer-Nash". This is chain and sprocket at its most elegant.
There's an aviation connection, too. Archie Frazer-Nash designed and built almost all of the hydraulic gun turrets used on the big British bombers in WW2. He moved between lo- and hi-tech at will (if you consider chain drive cars lo-tech). The Owners Club, which has the rights to the old logo, lets me use it on the winders.
