I think Abram VD discussed the "final" rule clarifications a couple INAVs ago. Think he did say 1.7g.
Leo, yes, that was strange to specify the rubber vintage. Was maybe someone's way of just saying "rubber powered" (the lack of which rule could be exploited, according to some) but not remembering Super Sport is what's on tap these days.
