I just finished putting together the next MA article, an insider view of the
WC. One thing that struck me was how non-old-fogey-ish the participants
were. Maybe it's just me not wanting to admit I'm getting old, but from the
French, Czech, Romanian, and US kids, all the way up through the Senior
competitors, there were a bunch of spry dudes and dudettes walking around.
That is great news John. There is a similar trend in outdoor F1 with plenty
of teens to forty-somethings competing.
