That's right, Indoor FF is like the Titanic sinking - except only if the Titanic continued to make trans-Atlantic trips for another 30 years and people stood around saying, "remember when it twenty more feet out of the water? That was a great time. It will never be like that again"

I just finished putting together the next MA article, an insider view of the WC. One thing that struck me was how non-old-fogey-ish the participants were. Maybe it's just me not wanting to admit I'm getting old, but from the French, Czech, Romanian, and US kids, all the way up through the Senior competitors, there were a bunch of spry dudes and dudettes walking around.

For amusement, here's a breakdown of F1D WC competitors since the start. The only thing that jumps out at me is that the numbers are more correlated with the site than with a general decline (people seem to like Cardington).
