If you can't find envelopes then act like an aeromodeller and make them! I made a drawing as attached then printed it on A4 paper, which gives me four envelopes. A few more sheets through the printer and you are set up for the season. The patterns are cut out along the green lines The two small flaps, at the side and the bottom, are folded over and glue is applied to them. The back is folded over and attached to the glued flaps. Hey Presto, one envelope ready printed to your requirements is finished.

The cutting out is a bit of a pain but no great accuracy is required - the flap size is not critical, the accuracy comes in the folding. I can assure you that making the envelopes is far quicker than stripping the rubber to fill them.
