Hi All,

I've used this method for several years and it always works great
unless you get a little too enthusiastic (#$%^&*) and snap the post
off. Some one in England posted this method on the net along with a
sketch a while back and I thought it was a great idea and started
using same. One big advantage is a very smooth taper for good
adjustment purposes.
