Very very helpful information. Wouldn't you know it, I have a 0.15g F1L wing waiting to be covered. This is my 3rd F1L wing; the cover job on the first two were so so.
One thing that I'm missing is how your cover is so tight. At first I assumed that it was due to Mark's method of applying the glue mixture: film glues to wing and the glue pulls film tight. Then I thought it is how you lay the film on the covering frame and adjust the film/frame until the film is "drum tight", as Mark wrote. Thank you for clarifying.
