[At one of the last WC's pilot's meetings they said that steering by
pushing on the side of the tailboom was allowed, as long as you didn't
push on the rear of the wing. Touching the front of the stab was OK.]
That is interesting , so it sounds like the issue that is now a problem
with "angle sticks" is of their own making by allowing a new
interpretation of the rules. I think the correct term for this is
"unintended consequences" :-)
