What the heck is an angle stick anyway? Is this something used to lift the stab when you're about to have a power stall?

  That is interesting , so it sounds like the issue that is now a problem
  with "angle sticks" is of their own making by allowing a new
  interpretation of the rules. I think the correct term for this is
  "unintended consequences" :-)
