When adjusting the stick bracing on an F1D fuselage, there are 2 principal points at which the adjustment can be made, ie at the front wing post and at the centre post. Using one instead of the other could affect the downthrust change vs elevator change.
Any thoughts?

When an F1D motorstick bows, I think the dominant change is in the
incidence of the stab. You get only a little downthrust (especially
with a wing that is mounted near the front of the motorstick), but a
lot of down elevator. Which is good because with a VP prop you aren't
getting a whole lot of thrust to aim down at that point.
The model simply acts like you relaxed its nose-up attitude a bit.
When I fly the same model with more initial thrust (i.e. lower high
pitch, as in the salt mine) it doesn't nose down even further, but
rather climbs more.
