Hi Ben,
Would love to have you at our indoor sessions. They are usually on the fourth Sunday of the month at Torrance High School (this Sunday, Nov 23) at 7 - 9:30 pm. Torrance HS is on Carson Blvd., east of Crenshaw, in the city of Torrance. The gym and parking lot is on the west side of the campus.

Not sure I would want to fly F1D, but we will have equipment(strippers/winders) and rubber available. Most of the flying is sport rubber. We do have a number of A-6's and gliders. Come check it out.

I did drive by the fountain when it first opened, haven't had a chance to really look at it.

Hi Norm,

I would very much like to come to the gym and fly some Cat 1 stuff. Does the group fly gliders or rubber usually? Most of my planes are still in Cleveland and all I have with me here are the F1Ds. I could get some of my rubber shipped out if you guys are flying this winter. Torrance is not that far for me to go, as I have been making it down to San Pedro for work. Have you seen the fountain there? We designed it and built it.

Let me know some more about your meets and I will try to come.

-Ben

Hello Everyone!

It has been nearly 6 years now since I have been formally involved in
the Indoor Community. I just graduated from Architecture School and
moved to LA to take a job as a designer. I am ready and excited to get
back into the hobby and now that I am working and have free time to do
so I would like to connect with anyone who is on the west coast and
still building and flying.

Anyone who wants to send me an email and update me with the current
and past happenings I would really appreciate it.

Thanks,

Ben Saks
