Just only for reference, in Japan, I have paied fees for all of my world
records into JAA (NAC of Japan). It is about US$100 per a record claim and
that will be almost the same money which JAA pay into FAI. That means I have
paied (about) $100 x 16 or 17 (or ??......I cannot count any more!) times.
But, JAA have a award ceremony once per year and award a prize (money) to a
new world record holder. The prize covers the claim cost enough.
Excuse my bad English.
