I just got a bill from AMA for $250.00 for recording fees for my World
Record. Nobody has ever mentioned such a fee to me before this bill
arrived. Has this fee ever been charged to anyone before?

Furthermore, the letter says that in the future WR's will not be
forwarded for consideration until this fee is paid.

I'm just about steamed enough to turn in my card over this.
