Re: Loss of another indoor great ....
A little more information:
Services for Doc will be Wednesday December 12 at 11:00 at The Christian
Assembly, 25595 Chardon Road, Richmond Heights 44143
(216-261-4214)….if coming from the east it is on Chardon Road past
Richmond Road and on the left. It only seats 300 people and it will
probably be packed.
Nancy will be requesting donations in lieu of flowers.
Donations should be sent to
Dr. Vern Hacker Scholarship Fund
c/o National City Bank
117 South Street
Chardon, Ohio 44024
The hopes of this fund will be to award scholarships to the National
Science Olympiad Gold Medalist in each of the free flight/aviation
events…for many years to come.
Vernon would so love this!!!!
Even though he has physically left our world…his wonderful efforts
will live on!
