Jim or whoever might be in charge:
This may be a non-issue but while looking over the info on this link I noticed a possible problem in the published A-6 rules. There is a rule stating that the maximum motorstick length is 6". In the "A-6 National Rules" hammered out by some dedicated volunteers awhile back the maximum motorstick length is defined as 6" from front of prop bearing to front of rear hook.

I think the published rule is ambiguous and could lead to problems in checking in a model built according to the National Rules. Does anyone else feel this way? Should we make an effort to get this changed/clarified?

  Howdy,

All of the official unofficial event (?) rules are posted on the AMA
website. Here is a link that will take you there directly:
  http://www.modelaircraft.org/events/misc%20forms/07usicrules.pdf

The USIC committee took on considerable flak years back for not having
these rules on the AMA website. It took a little bit of doing to get
them into electronic form all in one place and then get them on the AMA
site, but they have been htere the past couple of years, check em out!
