Bill, the USIC rules go back a ways. If the more refined rules have
come out since the rules were reformatted for the web in about 2005
then I would have to say that the USIC rules were never updated to
that spec, since the publised A-6 rules vary by sponsor.

I would contact Romash to determine if the USIC rules should be
aligned with the new National Rules.
