I agree with Bill, very nicely done.

One suggestion, it would be great to have an index or a table of
contents. I use INAV for both "recreational reading" and as a
reference. Maybe it's getting older, but I'm forgetting where I see
something and have to page through several issues before I find what I
am looking for.
