Building instructions for F1D

Ok, it could be the time for me to try my hands on F1D. But I could use
some instructions on the parts that differ from building F1M (or PP). I
have already done the fuselage tubes, these are a bit overweight (compared
to the data I have for component weights from Jonas Römblad), so I guess
my first plane will be over 1.2 grams. Especially I could use info on how
to handle the boron, on both fuselages and wing spars. Also, how do I know
that the parts are stiff enough to use, short of testing them til failure?

Any web site covering these things?

Thanks,
