Tom,
Initially, no. Now I have tried once and it's still there. I didn't
wrap it tight enough, though, and it may have been the camber bending.
 I need to try one more time, and if it doesn't work, I'll try a new
sheet.

the blank and them forming them on the prop block? Forming with an
airfoil in your blade will usually eliminate the problem you describe.
