Prop Blank Bending

Nicholas, Are you forming your blades directly on the prop block or are you placing them on top of a blank with an airfoil sanded into the blank and them forming them on the prop block? Forming with an airfoil in your blade will usually eliminate the problem you describe. Tom Sova
