Delrin sprockets and chains have zero friction and don't require heroic attempts at spacing the shaft centers. (Loose is better.) Tell me the reduction you're looking for and if I have the appropriate sprockets on hand I can set them up with a minimum length of chain and weigh them for you. Smallest sprocket they make is an 8 tooth with a .125 bore. That one weighs .253 grams.
