Question about wing shape design

I am helping my son for his Wright Stuff. I downloaded the lsim34.exe tool from this forum. The wing dimension for Wright Stuff this year is: 70mm wing chord and 350mm wing span. How to design the simplex shape to achieve the best efficiency? The tool only asks for 2 inputs: one is the thickness and the other is wing chord. Could anyone give me some suggestion that how to design the simplex shape to achieve the best wing efficiency?
