I use regular old white glue to attach the blade to the spar. I put a few drops of white glue on some wax paper, then use a sewing pin to apply the tiniest drop of glue to the spar. For a typical EZB prop I use about 20-25 micro drops of white glue.
I then use a small piece of masking tape to tape the spar (glue side up) to my prop form. The blade is then layed over the glued spar and held in place with pins. I push the pins into the prop form block at a 45 degree angle so that they put a tiny bit of pressure on the blade as well as prevent the blade from moving on the spar.
I starting using that method for all of my sheet wood props a few years ago and have noticed that the blades keep their twist and camber much more than when built using other less precise methods.
I believe there is a pictorial of this method over on HPA in the “sub 400mg EZB plunge” thread.
Hope that helps
